A new Berlin wall? Russia has cut a line through the forest and built a fence with observation towers along its border with Estonia. On the western side of the border camera surveillance is used on certain sections to fight smuggling and illegal immigration. The Russian-Estonian border is now also the border between the European Union and Russia.
