A US Presidential election is always an eagerly awaited moment by many people in the United States and around the world. It is held in years divisible by four on the Tuesday that follows the first Monday in November. So the 2008 election will be held on November 4th.
With the settings below you can see the time that is left until 20:00 (8 p.m.) on election day. I have many ideas for good titles for this countdown clock but I won't publish them here since this site has absolutely nothing to do with politics and I want it to remain that way. I hope that people on both sides can enjoy using my software.
Change the title to suit your own specific political prejudice, hit the Generate Pop-up button for the pop-up code, or the Generate Framed button if you want it visible on your page, then copy and paste the resulting code into your webpage or blog and let the fun begin...
If your site or blog does not allow iframes or JavaScript, you can generate the URL for a link instead. For more instructions and explanations of all the options go to the Countdown Clock Help Page.
If, after reading the help page, you still have problems or questions, please visit the Countdown Clock Forum on Google Groups.
There are many browsers and platforms, things do not work the same way for all. I have done my best to make it as compatible as possible but if you still find problems or errors please report them to me.
